I'll be coming up with some more interesting competitions soon, based around cryptocurrency, image creation, memes and such like but right now let's keep things REALLY simple.

You could use: https://www.random.org/. Just give all the people a number from 1 to X (the last person who upvotes) and put 1 in min. and X in max. Click "generate" and the number that comes up in the results wins. - And yeah, video would be best, but even screenshots would work great. - Cool idea.
