On December 24th 1997 I was diagnosed with cancer. I was 4 years old. In August of 2005 I was officially considered cured. Growing up I never really fit in. I was more into martial arts while the other kids played sorts. From ages 16-19 I competed in tournaments and fought competitively, even dropping out of college to focus more on fighting. I put dropping out of school at the top of the list of mistakes made in my life. Now at age 24 I just started in the real estate business, am trying to start a candle business, and wil go back to school this fall!

Sounds like you've been bootstrapping since you were 4. Amazing story, glad to see you going back for the education. Real estate is a great way to build wealth -- are you trying to be investor or agent?
I am currently an agent but instant to move onto investing.
