First thing you should know, don't just Google search and paste the first thing that comes up, not all images are made equal and some have a very specific copyright. The same thing about copied texts applies to copied images and artwork. It is NOT yours, don't use it.
You can download it on your PC for your eyes only, but Hive blockchain is a monetary rewarding platform and it is really not OK that anyone makes any money by using other people's work.
You would probably dislike if I take your month salary...
But, there are websites that provide FREE ATTRIBUTION images, and you can use that on Hive posts.
When you are making posts with free images, you have to link a source of that image on the bottom of your post - link should point at the web page where exactly you found that image.
Or you have to paste it somewhere in an image code.
For example, you can do this.
![image name](direct image link image.jpg/image.gif/image.png)
[Source](link to a webpage where you found an image)
Or this ( link where you found an image won't be visible on a frontend, but will be in Hiveblocks, or inside of a post code, so anyone who curates your posts can find a link)
![link to a webpage where you found a free image](direct image link)
There is an exception.
In case of an artwork that you review or write about, you should source an image with the first option, so that a link is visible to anyone from the frontend.
