Steemit blockchain based community organisation to empower youths from Bangladesh

Hey steemians,

Hope all are good. I am here to discuss a very helpful and interesting thing.
Many of you know we have opened a steem blockchain based community organisation "Steemit Bangladesh"

Today i will try to tell you guys elaborately.

So what is the work of our community or how we are helping BD steemians growing up on steemit?

We have created this community about 1 year ago. But at that time there was not so much steemians.
But with the popularity of steemit a lot of people joined steemit from worldwide. Bd steemians also increased.
Now we are working on collaborating.
I saw a lot people started steemit blogging but lost in no days due to finding no support or guidance.
On other hand i have seen some people who are spamming or abusing on steemit.

We are doing what is finding those people who had lost due to not finding support and those people who are good at writting but not getting enough rewards for their hard work.
And also trying to make steemit understand to those who were spamming/abusing the community.

For collaboration work, we have made a discord server where they are given help/suggestion by the experienced persons.

Like this we help all bd people through voice or text.
We also enjoy our free time listening music together.

We are offering many contest for Bangladeshi steemians to empower our youths

Currently we have a few people on our server(about 250) so we are running a contest where we reward a user who bring highest Bangladeshi steemians on our server.
This week's winner was @r-one who invited 26 bangladeshi people on our server and he was given 1 sbd as reward.

We have another article writting contest where user can submit their own written unique article.
We have a review team who review the article, and after reviewing we author the post from @steemitbd blog, We give the writting credit to the writer.
If we find any mistake we dm or mention him with the problem of his post. We encourage him to do better next time.

You will see a many article already posted on @steemitbd blog by different writer.
We reward 50% of payout sbd to writer and rest keep for community [ As our community doesn't have so much follower we boost the post with 0.5 sbd from our own fund to increase visibility a little bit ]

Author can also get rewarded by posting from their own blog. They just need to write good content and give it on our post promotion channel.
Our curation team select 3 post everyday which is resteemed and upvoted by @steemitbd and curation trail and also by 2 of our BD dolphin member. They are @azizbd and @aafrin .
We don't have so much to support others, so can be said that we are running on these guy.

We also upvote Bangladeshi people outside of our server to empower and encourage them. We invite them to our server.

We have some community supporters and curator to help in the community server, they work for the well being of the server.
