dude,thanx very much,im in a mens halfway house for drug court,it sucks,but years ago i was in a car accident and ,long story short pain killers kicked my ass,and have had anxiety since knee high to a grasshopper!!so all the meds. ,not cool,but i should be dead many times over,and have been a couple times too,.so im greatful to be here even though somedays are ruff,the yoga,mindfullness,and stuff they have here r helping,but at night is when it really sucks so thanx,maybe have some grateful dead in the backround,would be even better!!but your awesome thanx brother!!
