The account will vote a combined maximum of 20 votes a day at 100% voting power.
For example:
20 Redeemers receive 1 vote a day at 100% voting power.
40 Redeemers receive 1 vote a day at 50% voting power.
60 Redeemers receive 1 vote a day at 33.3% voting power.
80 Redeemers receive 1 vote a day at 25 % voting power, etc.
