Hello steemians! there have been lot hovering around my mind since i joined these community. From the way i see it this obviously is ushered by the age of intelligence. The wealth of information it offers and a well guided motivating factor for organised and processed thought i can earn steem dollar which can be converted to 'STEEM' a digital currency. This sounds so Amazing to me. Why shouldn't i give it my time.
I have thought on how secure the platform am getting into could possibly be.
- Is the system more or less prone to malicious individuals Who might want to profit from hacking into others account?
- Is there any major security test it as pass through that build some level of trust
- How best can we protect ourselves from getting hacked?
These are some of the things i would like to find out about. Starting out as a newbie could leave one with a lot of unanswered question.
I also noticed how some post get so much upvote, and wonder what is the trick behind it? While some decent effort dont make that much?
I am aware the whole idea could seem tedious when one is just starting out.. but am all about finding how great results could be achieved effortlessly. 
I have just a little advice to anyone just joining the platform is to be rational and not only be motivated by the steem dollar that enters your wallet. But find more intrinsic motivation which bring out the best of quality and creative content. Set goals for yourself and strive hard to be value adding persons.
