Thank you very much @hoboway. There are many more to come. I have generations of recipes handed down, which was the food of many weddings, parties, and restaurants as far back as I can remember. It's the taste of Northern Italy before fascism fell in the country early 20th century. Back when cooking was used to heel. This is the first time these recipes are being released to the public. Italians hold their family recipes in secret like a book of magik and I believe it's time to share with the world.
