This is incredible what you are doing and very motivating. I am working with the creator of #newbieresteemday and we are 4 days into our project. Its very exciting and I want you to know about it. Of course we would like help in any way you could provide, but having the opportunity to explain it to you, and then you seeing firsthand what is going on is more than enough for now.
I have resteemed this incredibly generous offer to my feed and I will make a post tomorrow. I will encourage the people to come over to your post and let you know what #newbieresteemday initiative is all about. Its more authentic if it comes from them, since they are the ones making it happen.

Hi @themarkymark please support the #newbiresteemday and other initiatives @davemccoy has planned to help out newbies. Being a minnow is difficult but being a newbie minnow feels like being a plankton being devoured by whalesharks (well, I just used the whaleshark analogy coz real whales don't eat planktons hehe).
But seriously, we really need your help. A lot of newbies like me have been sleepless since day 1, having to juggle work/ life commitments and Steemit in order to grow in this platform. We understand that we need to make valuable contributions and we work on our content but we also need support from big people like you. Our fellow newbies support each other and we have built this newbie community as a support group but our collective influence is not yet enough as of the moment. I hope you can take a look on what @davemccoy is proposing. Thank you! :)
