Different people around the world joined the campaign "I am Venezuelan" to express their rejection of the xenophobia of which immigrants from Venezuela in different countries are victims.
The initiative began this Sunday: men and women from several countries supported the campaign and wrote through Twitter to stop the xenophobia with Venezuelans.
Mexicans, Uruguayans, Peruvians and Italians joined together and used the hashtag #YoSoyVenezolano, to tell part of their history when they lived in Venezuela and how grateful they are with the country.
They also urged the inhabitants of their countries to respect the Venezuelans and give them the opportunities they once received in Venezuela.
