This would hardly be shocking news, if true. Some will say that this will only happen in China. I say it's bound to be happening all over the world, including Western democracies. Even encrypted messages are probably being saved for a time when they can be easily unencrypted. There is no such thing as trust when it comes to money or state control of its citizens.
