Yes of course. But it reads better when I say "You are very talented." as "you are very practiced" :)

I don't know- talent implies something that comes naturally and without effort, while practice implies consistent dedication. I know which I prefer!

Maybe it is a language problem. I am not a native english speaker. :-)
I just want to express my appreciation and I think the pictures are really good.
