Here's the finished comic. A few changes here, mostly with the rendering/painting style and some more dramatic lighting. I've also included the version for print, with German text. Here's the dialogue, panel for panel:

So that’s what’s been happening.

I’m think there’s something wrong with me

I’ve been fighting these symptoms for a long time

You have a panic disorder

Oh, is that all?

So my symptoms are real?

I’m not mentally ill, then.

Sort:

I am so confused by the room size vs the camera angles XD I do like the small movements in all the panels.

Yeah, spatial layouts and environments are my weak point. I really should have mapped out the room properly to begin with. Don't look too closely!

Sorry can't help it ^_^;

But I "cheat" because I work in 3d and I'm building sets atm ^_^; (but not right at the moment as I've had to redo a pile of work on a character yet again x_x)

that's not cheating, that's working smart. I should probably re-teach myself enough Maya or other 3D program (I heard Sketchup is pretty good?) for just this purpose

I couldn't get the hang of Sketchup to be able to tell you if it's any good or not but I have also heard it's good XD I use Blender. It is extremely useful for that purpose, I usually use my own characters as bases when drawing (because I can't actually draw) and also have mocked up an entire animation base for my sibling (who actually does 2d anim) because it was a rather complicated first person one with very drastic angle changes. Definitely speeds things up XD
