I want to share with you a method that I started to use, when I realized that I didn't want to delay or not do something anymore.
Do you know or did you live the method of Mel Robbins in her book: "The 5 seconds rule"?
Our brain takes 5 seconds to sabotage an idea. We have 5 seconds to get the brain out of the comfort zone.
This area of protection we can expand by adopting new actions. Often, when we thinking to do something, we abandon it immediately afterwards, or postpone it and make no changes to our lives.
According to this rule that explains Mel Robbins, it is necessary to act within 5 seconds from the moment in which an action is thought, starting a countdown: 5,4,3,2,1 and acting!
This creates new habits and helps you insert new ones. It worked for me!
You realize that you can do things, that you thought you couldn't do, just because you don't allow your brain to be a saboteur. Try it!
