Out my bedroom window I saw the fantastic array of colors awash, so I hopped out of bed and took to the air!
Well worth it!
Today's conditions, at least this morning already it is very humid and warm, perhaps in the mid 70's already.
A few clouds in the sky but as of now, mostly clear with that accumulating haze when looking down long fetches of distance. That is expected to change with the passing of heavy thunderstorms later this afternoon. Flash flood warnings are already up on my phone app and I am seeing some responses on the radar indicating storms on approach.
So i expect some very heavy rain at times, but hoping that hail is not in the forecast. But i suspect it is in the forecast, just needs to not precipitate in reality.
