Kasam-Tere Pyar Ki starts with Netra receiving the documents from the doctor for Rishi (Sharad Malhotra) she is interrupted as she plans to open it. Ahana asks her what it is and she tells her this is the documents from the doctor. Netra puts the envelope on the table and walks away, Ahana worries if Rishi is hiding some medical condition from the family. Ahana is just about to open the envelope when Bauji comes there and she throws the envelope on the table but it flies off. Later Ahana fails to find it on the table again. Rano surprises everyone by wanting to have Natasha over for Janmashtami. She asks Raj to invite Tanuja (Kratika Sengar)and family over for the pooja. Rishi is sad when he sees Tanuja crying and he says he does not want to separate a father from his child as he saw how much Abhishek(Amit Tandon) loves her. Abhishek is speeding to the airport as he looks at a picture of Tanuja and Natasha and think about missing the both of them. (Also Read: Tanuja is in a dilemma as Rishi decides to leave her forever for the sake of Natasha)In the moment of weakness Tanuja reveals it to Rishi that Natasha is his blood but he misunderstands it as the blood he just gave Natasha at the hospital- say what!! ahem yeah okay!! we get it… He hugs Tanuja to stop her from crying but it is here that Abhishek enters and sees them like that. Rishi notices Abhishek and suddenly changes the topic telling him where he was when his wife needed him as she was very emotional about Natasha’s accident. The phone rings and Tanuja goes on to pick it up as Abhishek asks Rishi ahy he is still there. Rishi tells him that Natasha stopped him. Abhishek tells him about the time Natasha was born and when he carried her for the first time, he says he knew what love was then. Tanuja informs them that Raj has called them home for janmashtami. Abhishek agrees to go and asks Tanuja to get the kids ready. Rishi leaves and Abhishek is disturbed as he senses there is something deeper between Rishi and Tanuja. He thinks how Tanuja has never let him come anywhere near her and yet today he saw her in Rishi’s arms. He thinks about findng out about this. Tanuja takes out a dress for him and he grabs her hand as he asks her why she was getting all emotional infront of Rishi. She says she cannot get emotional after charting out a plan. She makes him leave her hand as she walks away after assuring him that he means a lot to her. Natasha and Tanya reach Bedi house and everyone asks Natasha where her parents are, as she calls out Rishi and Tanuja walks in through the door
