Great view of the Mayon Volcano from my property with lush green vegetation and coconut trees. It is only 10 kilometers to the peak of Mayon as a crow flies and less than 1 kilometer to the Albay Gulf. Beautiful place and the Volcano almost always has steam coming out of the top. In the past 17 years since the first time I visited it has had lava flowing down the mountain.
Also many Banana Trees around the property.
