Life is not what you lived, life is what you remember, and how you remember it to tell it. Gabriel García Márquez-Nobel Prize for Literature.
This message from my beloved Nobel literature is very meaningful. Many times we emphasize remembering those things that have marked us negatively. In this way we only manage to reinforce resentments and produce aging hormones that wrinkle the skin and heart. Is this what we really want? I think not, in general we are all trying to catch happiness in this puddle of life. Thus, it will be better to try to apply subtraction to these memories.
When we remember beautiful moments, we smile and experience happiness; the hormones of youth are activated, the soul becomes smooth, our genes begin to transcribe and replicate youth. Yes, it will be better to apply here the multiplication of these memories.
People say that we should live in the here and now, however our life seems to be a constant passage between the past, the now and the future. If we used to make these trips to the past very often, and vacationed there for a long time; i agree with García Márquez, it will be better to remember what makes you happy.
You choose how you write the book of your life. You choose with what colors you paint the picture of your life.

Gabriel García Márque- thoughts are really great and her words prove that she is a true human being.I completly agree with her and yes there is no point of remembering the bad old days. cause no one can change the past.do forget about the bad thing happen to some one in the past.one thing only we should do that what brings us hapiness about past remember that and it will give u gull support to live ur present happyly.Be happy.and thanks for share such a beautyful quotes.
