This is an inverted version of one of my old drawing from the nineties. The original looks insignificant beside the inverted one. I was inspired by the Phaistos disc, an object made of fired clay that was found in the Minoan palace, on the island of Crete, Greece.

Looks like a spiral stargate. Maybe the symbols give me this impression. Surely something to look at for a while symbol by symbol ツ
