There's nothing better than that.💪 i really recomend blueberries (good source of anti-oxidants), i always make sure to have almost every night. Its really tasty also. Thanks for sharing😊
Yes the blueberries! I buy the large bag of frozen organic blueberries. They’re great in smoothies that way.
