Its taken with an infrared filter. The only thing done in post was a channel swap. If you look at some of my other posts you can see what they come out like without post processing
what do you use for post production?......following
i just use photoshop. I usually just channel swap the red and blue channels then tweak the hues

OMG these pics are so pretty! yes I see your using infared and altering the photo, but they look really beuatiful! its like something you see in an art store!
