Good day Steemians!
Its a #ThursdayGreen for today in #colorchallenge contest by @kalemandra so here is my entry for today.
A fast growing tropical plant in the Philippines, Papaya tree.
Filled with fruits ready for the ripening.
Did you know? Papayas are one of the healthiest, most delicious fruits out there. They have a variety of nutrients for your skin and immune system, they're full of enzymes that aid digestion and reduce bloating, and they maintain healthy blood pressure levels.
Have you eaten a papaya? Do they grow where you live?
Feel free to comment below.
Thank you,

These grow wild in ghana! I didnt know what they were until now! Ill have to try one some day.
How do i know when its ripe?
It turns to yellow for some😊 but there are many kinds of papaya here in the philippines. I have seen a papaya that is pale yellow and turns bright yellow when ripe.
My wife is originally from Thailand and she loves green papaya. In Canada is not easy to find it, mostly in Asian supermarkets.
Oh really? I hope your place @fonteynb is near mine so I can share you some. We have lots of papaya here.
