the green apple is an incredible fruit, I love its acidity and texture, and the amount of properties it has and how healthy it is to eat them, fresh, with all these properties that are: Vitamin C (1), B and E, Phosphorus , Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Nitrogen, you give a great contribution of energy to the body, without counting on the fiber that is good for digestion and intestines, thanks for sharing
