Gorgeous pictures of a lovely parrot, along with an excellent, in-depth explanation of the color "indigo". It's interesting that this color, along with others in the blue/purple spectrum are often mistaken, something about the human eye being unable to correctly identify based on perception. I find it fascinating and is one of my favourite colors. Great post!

Thank you artsyalina. I got some information about the waves and how light reflects but will have to study this in depth before sharing my findings.
