Yes you're totally stupid! I'm joking of course 😄 I think everyone has his/her own rituals. I see no harm in being happy when you drink coke and eat biscuits but, yes, it's unhealthy if your happiness is complete only if you do so. Sometimes it's not easy to reduce the amount of coke in your diet, especially if you drink it daily. If I may suggest, you should stop buying coke and drink it only when you eat out (of course it makes sense only if you don't eat out daily).Having coke in your fridge would be a constant thought in the back of your head and it could be stressful to constantly fight with it.

I know, that is actually a great piece of advice :) There is such a balance in this that is hard to find, because there is nothing wrong in feeling great and having those joy moments in your every day life.
