Stres ve rahatlamam [Cointurk 19. Projesi] [coder#5501]

Stresi hep belirsizliğin bir göstergesi olarak görürüm. Örneğin, sınava gireceğin zaman, sınavla ilgili herhangi bir stres olur. Stres varlığı, belirsizliğin fiziksel bir ürünüdür bence. belirsizliği azaltmanın yollarını ararım. Bu belirli bir derece işe yarıyo, ancak olayların nasıl yürüdüğünden emin olabilmek için bazı belirsizlikler hep devam ediyor.

Stresli olduğum zaman ertesi gün kesinlikle vücudumda fiziksel olarak değişiklikler olur ya sivilce yada döküntü gibi...Stresle başedebilmek için genelde uyu derler ama stresliyken uyuyabilen varmı merak ediyorum...

Ben stresi üstümden atmak için genellikle pes 2018 oynarım youtubetan cem yılmazı izlerim başkada hiçbirsey yapmam çünkü gercekten kafam dağılıyor ve rahatlıyorum...
