This is in response to @coingecko's contest to showcase different cuisines around the globe. This is a very popular cuisine here in the Philippines infact, the whole country has their own versions of it.
But here is a typical shot here in Manila.
This is grilled pig's ear and large intestine. Filipinos are a fan of exotic foods and also known for their creativity when it comes to cooking.
This is your usual pork barbecue but with a twist. It is finished with a special sweet sauce until cooked and it is partnered with cooked vinegar as a dip.
We took these photos when me and my special someone was having dinner at the Mercado del Lago Floating Restaurant and Lakeside Food Park.
I used my iPhone 6 to take these photos and used the phone's built in image filters for a little bit of enhancing.
Thanks for dropping by!
