I found they were very easy to use. There was one complication for me though, and it was this, I opened my wife's account for her, since she doesnt really get this stuff. And I funded her account with 100 CAD to test it out, from our joint account.

They saw this and flagged my account in case it was me spoofing accounts to get a referral bonus. They said they dont like when the funding account is NOT in the account holders name.

So if you fund an account in your name, do so from a bank account in your name. If so, it should be almost instant, and easy peasy.
