If a person is always mishandling problems when they arise, then there must be some kind of cognitive blind spot. At the grass-roots level, people may not care as much if problems are not handled properly, but at the top of the company, these problems can have serious consequences and can not be underestimated. If the company's top management does not properly handle certain issues, it will not only affect the parties but also affect the interests of the entire company.

Next I will list some of the more common and potentially damaging cognitive blind spots.

• Blind ambition: winning at any cost, or making yourself look "right" at any cost; Likes competition rather than cooperation; Exaggerate your own values and contributions; Love boasting, arrogant attitude; The attitude towards people is white or black, and friends or enemies.
• Overreaching: setting goals that are too ambitious for a group or organization to achieve; There are unrealistic ideas about how to get the job done.
• Desperate brutality: working hard at the expense of the rest of life; Loss-Making operations; Often exhausted employees.
• Imposition: forcing others to work as slaves and exhausting the work of their employees; Management is meticulous, holding power, and refusing to authorize; The attitude is callous, regardless of whether the feelings of others are hurt.
• The desire for power: the pursuit of power for personal gain, regardless of organizational interests; Disregard the opinions of others and persist; Likes to plunder other people's labor.
• Looking for fame and fortune: obsessed with honor; Steal the results of others 'labor and criticize others' mistakes; Desperate for success, do things halfway.
• Vanity: excessive emphasis on face; Over-emphasis on others 'views of themselves; Like to create momentum, talk show.
• Want to be perfect: when you hear criticism, even realistic criticism can be furious or flatly rejected; Put the cause of your failure on others; Do not admit to failure or personal weakness.

In fact, these blind spots can weaken people's self-awareness. Because once people really understand themselves, they need to admit their mistakes, but they do not want to admit it. This denial of mistakes makes them secretive and do not want to listen to any feedback. As a result, people who work with them or their employees feel frustrated and disappointed.
All work abilities can be developed, and if we are not capable in one area, we can improve the remedy through learning. People who are arrogant and arrogant and impatient can learn to listen to others and take their advice. Workaholics can also slow down their work and combine work and leisure. First, however, we have to be aware of the destructive effects that bad habits can have on us and how they can undermine our relationships. Second, we have the motivation to make improvements and develop the required capabilities. There is no need to change if we feel that our current behavior will not have any negative impact. So, we need to be introspective, said the head of a Fortune 500 company: "The biggest problem is lack of self-awareness. "
