Are you one of those people who prefer an espresso machine to do the trick for your coffee at home?! Nowadays, expresso machines come in all different styles, with tons of features or you may say gimmicks.
According to my google research, the way espresso machines work is pretty much the same, i.e. "pressurized water pushing through a chamber/puck of finely ground coffee beans, through a filter, resulting in what we call a shot of espresso".
In terms of price, one can spend as little or as much as they want. For the old fashioned folks, a lever espresso machine (the kind that pumped with your own hand), is a great way to brew coffee at home. However, for the busy folks, an automated espresso machine is the way to go (of course, it's more expensive).
After all, as long as they do the trick, it is more of a personal preference in terms of what machine you want. But, when espresso is done right, it should be sharp and full of flavor and should never taste bitter, in my opinion.
Below are a few of my coffee bean art pieces that I created awhile ago, to capture the different types of espresso gadgets:
Hope you enjoyed my coffee bean art pieces and my little side stories. Until next time, keep calm and drink coffee!

Baby??? BABY??? just dropping by to see if everything went well, hope he's healthy and you're not feeling to lonely, being a new mom is hard. Babies are beautiful little people but seem super fragile to start, it will get easier.
