So how do you really feel? haha.
Honestly I love coffee, and I love preworkout, but I feel extremely guilty using both because that kind of push just can't be good for us, especially when working out.

Yea, I think the two in combination with each other long term is not good. They are both stimulants which which may lead to some problems down the road
