I often tell my clients it does not matter what we do, not why we do it. If I am pleased because I have low self esteem and I fear that may not like me otherwise, I emphasize my body produce chemicals, creating inflammation and degeneration. However, if I'm nice to you because it feels good to be nice (if I like it or not), then I create healing and regeneration of chemistry in my body.

I am definitely an connoisseur (addict) of coffee. I require a strong pot of pressed black coffee every day. I could probably get by without it but that would require some tapering using pure caffeine, instead. I hate decaf, the taste and the lack of potency is what makes me avoid it. Alas using things in moderation is something to keep in mind for the future for all things and not just coffee.
Thank you for the write-up. I'd love to see some sources for this. For all I know this was copied verbatim. :P
