Coffee and cigarettes are friends that can not be separated. In the midst of the rising issue of cigarette prices, I am interested to discuss the link between coffee and cigarettes. Health Effects
Supply of caffeine and nicotine equally increase the body's metabolism in a short time. The body feels fresher and the brain works more smoothly. This effect is sought by most smokers and coffee drinkers.

Caffeine improves focus, concentration, and mood improvements. Caffeine is also believed to reduce fatigue, although excessive consumption can cause insomnia and heart palpitations. The dangerous dose of caffeine is about 5 grams, or the equivalent of 40 cups of coffee a day.

Just like caffeine, nicotine accelerates blood flow and heart rate. Reacting with receptors in the brain, the side effects of nicotine can be dry mouth, decreased appetite, to excessive anxiety. This reaction can sometimes only be treated by smoking back (withdrawal effect).
