I've always been fascinated by food trucks and the excellent food that comes from them. It seems as though they (food trucks) have better food than a sit-down restaurant... imho

It is true, you have to make everything taste better in a food truck. They are awesome that way, I have had some of the most creative, yummy food from food trucks.
