That's awesome! This actually reminds me some of the system simulation classes I took at uni. It was one of my favourite courses. We designed or simulated systems like cell multiplication etc, and sometimes similar patterns would emerge naturally. Any way, nice to see some articles from you again!

Yes, it is very interesting topic, I could learn a lot about nature and other systems like human body in this subjects. It is intricate how our universe works!
We used software called NetLogo. It's a free software, where you can easily create different multi-agent simulations. It was actually really fun to use. It can be used for education and even learning of some simple programming. I really like the script language, as it is super intuitive and easy to understand.
