Abstract:

Code of talent is a blockchain driven platform which aims in bringing changes in the traditional education system. With this platform anyone can join and learn which in turn will make education simpler. Also, the learners in this platform can earn rewards as they learn. This project aims to motivate the users to learn and thus will help them to bridge the gap between their knowledge and skills.

Problem:

The current education system is undergoing with lot of problems such as class room learning which has become boring and only imparts theoretical knowledge. There are still students which lacks good teachers and who come from poor financial background, cost become the main barrier for them. online courses face dramatic lows in terms of course completion although the industry’s big players are highly valued in terms of market cap. E-learning is not the answer to the learners’ needs.

Solution:

Code of talent aims to tackle all such problems and provides a new way of learning. This platform has following features:

· Earning while learning,

· 10 min sessions

· Direct teacher interaction with small groups of maximum 40 participants.

There is also incentive giving system where incentives will be given to the educators and learners based on their merits. This platform also keeps a track on the achievements of the learner so that this information can also be used by the employers.

Bogdan is a C-level executive with over 18 years’ experience in industries such as IT/Software, Education, Online Market Research and Telecom. He managed multinational, medium-size and entrepreneurial companies and coordinated diverse teams and complex projects, with global footprint.

VLAD GRIGORIU — Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder

Vlad is a visionary entrepreneur, founder of Co-Factor (www.co-factor.ro) with almost 20 years of executive, entrepreneurial and consulting experience in areas such as strategy, communications, innovation and human capital. He is a Harvard Business School alum with a passion for learning and education and is also the architect behind the Code of Talent micro-learning product.

ADRIAN ICHIM — CMO

Serial entrepreneur with a digital DNA, having founded 9 start-ups within the IT, software and digital advertising industries Adrian has an impressive marketing experience. He is a strategic thinker looking with a marketer’s eye to the blockchain landscape.

The concept behind this project is very innovative and would really help to drive a small revolution in education system. The team behind this project has good experience and background in IT, Blockchain, entrepreneurship etc. The roadmap of this project gives out very clear idea about their future events. However, this project needs to increase its social media hype. The beta version of this platform has already been released in 2017.
