It is really good initiative which govt. takes but I cannot even think of welcoming Spring without firework to be honest. I can feel the pain of the little one who has lots of hope and happiness whenever he heard about fireworks. I wish he will get a chance in his childhood to use fireworks once at least in his childhood time.
