Joy of Travel #6 - SweetiePrincess and the Mystery Island🏝⁉️ 甜心公主与神秘岛之旅

After sharing my previous post of my first sailing experience on RCCL Cruise to the South Pacific, one of the Port of Call was Mystery Island in Vanuatu.

If you are interested in blue skies, tranquil beaches and a laid back relaxing lifestyle then Mystery Island is a place for you. Mystery Island is a small uninhabited island where the villagers across the waterway come over to set up markets and food stalls when the cruise boats come in. You can take a slow casual walk around the island and it only takes around 30 minuets. It is a stunning place for snorkeling and swimming or just relax under a coconut tree.

One of the highlights in the island was the CANNIBAL POT 😱. The 'Island Warriors' will happily take selfish with you in the pot as they get you ready for their dinner.

Local markets set up along the island and there were community groups performed for donations. They sell different types of souvenirs and foods on the island. It was a leisure walk through the markets and I enjoyed a lot looking at all the souvenirs displayed on the table.

The children were singing to us for donations, to raise money for school resources such as stationaries and reading books.

When I walked until the end of the island, it was a breath-taking beach scenery! You can either relax under the tree or snorkeling.

I stayed on the island for half a day. Before I leave the island, there were two local children kept looking at me so we took a wefie together. It was an enjoyable day on the island.

我在岛上呆了半天。在我离开岛之前，有两个当地的孩子一直在看着我，所以我们一起拍了合照作为留念。这是我在岛上愉快的一天。
