Avocado Bacon Tomatoe Sandwich

I made this simple delicious sandwich in less than 15 minutes.

The creamy avocado was nicely balanced with the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes and saltiness of the bacon.

I bought all the ingredients from local shops. Though finding a good avocado wasn’t easy. If you’re in Dalian China Carrefour and Walmart usually have decent avocados.

Avocados are one of the healthiest foods on earth by weight. Full essential oils vital for your heart and blood flow. It has lots of vitamins that would require you to eat a variety of foods all in one delicious fruit. They are not sweet or salty but have a unique mild flavor that compares to nothing else.

If they are under ripened a little tip, I learned when I worked in a Japanese restaurant while I was a university student in Toronto, is to put them a bag of rice over night or maybe 24 hours and it will speed up the process. Dark greenand not too hard but not too black is the perfect ripeness. The brighter green the less ripe it is.

All you need, ingredients:
-1. Bacon, as much as you like cooked as crispy as you can get it. I used 5 strips for a sandwich.
-2. Half an avocado per sliced.
-3. A bunch of cherry tomatoes sliced. You could use any tomatoes I just prefer the taste of cherry tomatoes.
-4. 2 slices of bread or a bun.
-5. Mayonaise to taste.

Hey this looks good, but I think you'd be better off with a whole wheat bread instead of white.

yea that would be better. good bread in Dalian isn't cheap though but there are bakeries everywhere I should indulge more.
