Joy fantastic photos and well explained in detail as well. Serranias del Hornocal looks amazing with those colours too. That woman you photographed with the hat she dresses quite similar to women in Bolivia. When I visited a friend in La Paz with the high attitude out there I was drinking coca leaf tea for the first 3 days to adjust to the high attitude. My friend said no running or you will just put more pressure on yourself from within. I remember been on the streets of La Paz seeing people sat against walls eating the coca leaves from plastic bags and then with the slime on their t shirts made me to decide to just drink coca leaf tea instead.
I also think so too. They look similar.
I loved La Paz a lot. I was drinking coca tea the whole time hahaha now I miss it.
I saw ppl selling coca leaves and someone gave me some but I think it tastes much better in tea lol.
I think just seeing the green slim stains on their t shirts put me off from having some coca leaves. Did you travel on the Yungas Road from La Paz down to Coroico on the mighty death road? My friend said to me some of the bus drivers drink alcohol driving those buses down the Yungas Road. So instead we decided to trek down the route on mountain bikes instead. I would sooner have more control of my life travelling down that Yungas Road than some bus driver under the influence of alcohol.
