今天臭小子的进步很大，从原来只能单个跳绳，变成了能连续跳3,4个。

篮球进步也不少，单手运球已经很熟练了，以至于他在晚上感慨：

今天好神奇啊，我怎么突然就进步这么大了!

哈哈，这说明平时这方面的练习还是太少，如果坚持练习的话，说不定真能扭转一下“宅”的基因呢。

不过，臭小子跳绳的缺点也是很明显的，就是他忍不住要低头弯腰腿蜷起来很厉害

这个今天纠正了很久还是无效，只能继续努力了。
