For the Chinese community in Malaysia, the happiest day would be the 1st day of Chinese Lunar Calendar. It's the celebration of Chinese New Year. Personally for me, CNY is all about reunion, food and gamble. The above picture is my first picture with this group of friends. I have known a few of them since 2007 and we eventually got close in 2011. The picture is from CNY 2012. It's my second CNY with this batch. And ever since, every CNY we will gather at this house and wait for the photo session though sometimes some may leave earlier due to personal matter.
In the long run, some got married with kids, some left the group and eventually came back, some changed and etc. But whatever reasons happen, we still stick around waiting for them to reunite with us if they ever need us.
