菜式推荐-泰式酸辣茄子，好吃到没朋友

今天给大家安利一个我新研发的菜谱，超级好吃，分分钟2碗饭扫光。

泰式酸辣茄子
1茄子切滚刀块入油炸软捞出备用

2.蒜片加小米辣圈加肉末入锅炒至变色，放香茅草段，印尼甜辣酱，放入茄子鱼露30克，生抽4大勺，糖少许。

3.放入九层塔切段两把焖五分钟出锅，好吃到没朋友的泰式酸辣茄子煲完成。

中间那个九层塔叶子有独特香气，做中西餐都会用到囗味很赞
