Daily Snapshot with my delicious dinner Japanese Food in Sheung Shui // 日常留影 位於上水非常美味的日本菜晚餐

After an exhausting day of work last night, I go to Hong Kong Sheung Shui to have dinner with my girlfriend as she recommended that japanese restaurant long time ago but we don't have much time to go there. Finally, today we have some spare time and great mood to go there and it lived up to expectations :D !

昨晚上完一整天累死人的工作後 我去了香港上水的一家她一直推介的日本餐廳吃晚飯 之前一直都沒有太多時間去 今天我們心情都很好和時間都比較多 所以就去試一下 果然這家餐廳沒有讓我失望

We ordered a salmon-sea ​​urchin hand roll and a soft shell crab hand roll ( also an grilled ox tongue but I forgot to take photo of it ) as the appetizer. The seafood are so fresh and tasty, the soft shell crab and ox tongue are cooked perfectly.

我們點了三文魚海膽手卷 軟殼蟹手卷 ( 還有一個燒牛舌不過我忘記拍下來 >< )作為頭盤 海鮮都很新鮮 然後牛舌和軟殼蟹都烹調得很美味 !! :D

After that we ordered a salmon sashimi and the grilled cheese salmon sushi, very delicious indeed !! The sashimi is very fresh and gigantic

我們之後點了三文魚剌身和芝士燒三文魚壽司 超好吃 !! 剌身都超新鮮和非常大件 !! :D

芝士軟殼蟹卷 無論是賣相 還是味道都非常有水準

and Finally we ordered a pork cartilage fried rice, a very big fried rice !!! I was expecting to have a small dish of fried rice, instead they served us a big one, very worthy to try. This restaurant is very worthy to go as the total bill is around $370HKD only !! I will go to eat again for sure, it's called 御八築地

最後我們叫了一個豬軟骨炒飯 非常大碟足料 ! 我以為他們會是一個很小的碟很小飯 沒想到會這麼大的炒飯 差點吃不完啦
我也非常推薦大家去試一下 因為我們吃了這麼多才$370HKD 已經算挺化算的了 我肯定會再去吃 名字是御八築地 :D
