°Ingredients:
-2 jars of condensed milk
-2 jars of evaporated milk
-5 eggs (yolks and whites separately)
-1 teaspoon of Gourmet Vanilla Essence
-1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
-125ml of port
-Canela Molida Gourmet
° preparation:
-In a pot that mixes condensed milk, evaporated milk, yolks and Gourmet Vanilla Essence. Stir well.
-Bring a medium heat, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes or until the mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and let cool. Once the mixture is in the tibia, empty it into a glass dish or individual pots.
-For the meringue, mix the sugar and the port in a small pot and boil until the syrup forms a thread when dropped from a spoon. Beat the egg whites until the snow point and gently add hot syrup (always whisking). Place the meringue on top of the dish and sprinkle with Gourmet Ground Cinnamon.
