Spicy and delicious Grandma Mao Chongqing small noodles! 麻辣鲜香之猫婆重庆小面！

In Dalian Changchun road WAL-MART mall underground delicacy street, there is a Chongqing small noodles shop, when you walk past it , you can see lots of people crowded there. You must be surprised to see so many people tasting the delicious spicy noodles, and it tastes really good. Now I will share it with you , let’s enjoy the authentic local culture Chongqing small noodles.

在大连长春路沃尔玛商场地下美食街，有个重庆小面，那里每天都很火爆，中午路过，有幸进去品尝了一下麻辣鲜香的小面，味道果然不错。今天就和大家分享一下这个地道的具有巴渝文化的重庆小面。

Chongqing small noodles is one of the four major features of Chongqing. It is a traditional snack originated from the beautiful landscape city - Chongqing Municipality. It belongs to Chongqing cuisine. The noodles are the traditional pasta which is generally accepted by the people of Chongqing in the south. Because of their unique taste, they are well-known throughout the country in recent years. It is said that there are already more than 1000 chain stores throughout the country.

重庆小面是重庆四大特色之一，是一款发源于美丽的山水都市——重庆直辖市的一种特色传统小吃，属于渝菜。小面是作为南方人的重庆市民普遍接受的传统面食，因其独特口感，近年来全国知名。据说全国已经有1000多家连锁店。

I used to think Sichuan dishes, red and hot, it is difficult to accept, but after eating Chongqing small noodles, I know there is such a delicious, spicy food in the world. Happy and enjoyable after tasting it. If you eat chongqing food , you must know the Mao Xue Wang , it also leave you deep impression when you eat it . spciy enough but delicious enough , it can make you eat lot of rice one time .

以前我对川菜望而生畏，觉得又红又辣，很难接受，可是自从吃了重庆小面之后，才知道世上还有这等美味，麻辣鲜香， 辣过之后，是痛快，是回味，从没有过的那样过瘾。 我想吃过毛血旺的人也都会有这种感受，麻辣过瘾，一下会吃很多饭。

Into the shop, the store is not large, but has a strong local characteristics. Both sides of the wall are the Grandma Mao facet characteristic introduction, and has the festive red lanterns. The top is covered with a fortune gourd. The guests entered the shop and sat down on the wooden bench made of pure wood, the front is clean wooden table with the special words “Grandma Mao noodles”.

走进小店，店面不大， 但是具有浓厚的地方特色。两面墙上分别是有特色的猫婆小面介绍，还有具有喜气的大红灯笼。顶部挂满了发财葫芦。客人们进入店内，坐到纯木制作的木凳上，前面是干净的木头桌子，并印有猫婆小面字样。

The guys in the store keep busy picking up the dishes and finding seats for the guests. The kitchen is open and you can see them in the hall with their masks on. Thriving all the time .

店内的伙计不停的忙于收拾，上菜， 给客人找座位，厨房是开放式的， 你在厅里也能看见他们带着口罩布在忙碌。 红红火火

There are dozens of kinds of noodles, but people ordered the most is Chongqing noodles. I want a bowl, there are vegetables, minced meat, peanut, sesame oil and so on . I only use a word to describe " delicious ", the aroma was everywhere!

While I was watching the guests around me, I was eating my noodles. After eating a bowl of noodles, sweat all over and I feel refreshed and full of energy.

面的种类多达几十种，但是要的最多的还是重庆小面。 我要了一碗，里面有蔬菜， 肉末，肉酱，花生粒，麻油之类， 具体我也说不清楚， 但是就觉得一个字“香”，真是喷香扑鼻。
我一边关注着周围的客人，一边吃着小面， 不一会的功夫， 就浑身出汗，大汗淋淋。一碗面下肚后， 顿觉神清气爽，浑身充满了能量。

The noodles are smooth, the characteristics on the wall show : Kung Fu show under the sword, hands gently show in the pot. Spicy shows in the bowl , good taste in the mouth. So my dear friends , if you want to enjoy the noodles , come to the store and taste it !

小面爽滑，鲜香正如墙上所展示的五种特点：功夫刀下见，力道手中见，轻柔锅中见，香麻碗里见，滋味嘴里见。想吃小面的朋友们快快来店里见吧！
