I used to eat Yoshinoya in Hong Kong when I was a student, it was definitely it was good for the price! But once i found a mosquito in the rice and got a bit put off by that :o. Many japanese restaurants make beef bowl too, so it should be good anywhere you go, as long as it's authentic :). For fast food, Yoshinoya is decent.
