Penang Hill 槟城升旗山

Penang Hill (Bukit Bendera) one of Penang’s best-known tourist attractions and is about 833m (2733ft) high. Now everyone can easily to get all the information from the internet and I’ll skip for this Penang Hill's part.
槟城升旗山是一个非常著名的旅游胜地，海拔约833米 （2733英尺）。现在每个人都可以很容易地从网上获得所有的详细资料，所以我将跳过关于升旗山上的这一部分。

My suggestion 我的建议

I would like to suggest you can make a stop at middle hill because there is another super nice view and the sea of clouds can be seen from time to time and it just about the height of Mertajam mountain (Bukit Mertajam) which located to the main land. The middle station is about 350m (1148ft) high.
我建议你可以在停留在半山站，因为那边可以看到不同美丽的景色，甚至可以看到远处同水平线的内陆山(Bukit Mertajam)的云海层。半山站海拔约350米 （1148英尺）

How to reach there? 怎样去到那边？

Inform the cable car captain in advance before the cable car start.
在缆车还未启动前提前告知车长。

When is the best time to there?什么时候才是最佳时刻上半山？

I suggest you should go on 6.30am, the 1st cable car in the morning. In took around 7min to reach the middle station and you still have 20min time ready to viewing the sunrise blur hour.
我建议你坐6.30分最早的班车，大约7分钟就可以抵达半山，同时你还有月20分钟的准备来迎接日出的最早晨光。

The 1st image is you can see the cable car arrive at the middle station with a close range. And the great moment when 2 cable cars are moving in parallel.
第一个画面就是可以近距离看到缆车抵达半山车站，以及两辆缆车同时平行移动的最佳时刻。

How to back to land station? 如何回到地面站？

Inform to the security official to make a call and the cable car will alternatively to stop at the middle station for every 30min.
让保安人员给缆车员通电话，每隔30分钟就会有缆车停留在半山站。
