As a woman, I personally do not agree with fashion statement that are revealing. Sometimes I'd think that if they are being disrespected, it's the consequence they get. But I do have friends who wear those kinds of clothing, as I have observed, they are simply comfortable with what they are wearing. So, I totally agree with you the important thing is the intention why they are wearing that kind of clothes.
