Me and my father have been practising the methods for years, in actual fact we were following buteyko and his methods originally, years later we came across james nestor but i highly recommend reading up on his studies as well.

It was only from my research into buteyko many years ago that i was able to see the co2 agenda scam today, co2 and oxygen are both needed for life.
